Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
We reserve the right to change the products’ prices at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel certain orders for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All images, graphics, code, software and other content used on or incorporated into this Web site, and their arrangement or integration, are subject to copyrights or other intellectual property rights held by or licensed to http://fredericoleone.com. Permission for use must be granted before use of any kind.
By placing an order with Frederico Leone LTD on http://fredericoleone.com, you are allowing us to collect your personal information such as email address, name, telephone number, address, and payment information, etc. We do not share any of your information. Collection of your personal information is used solely to process your order and/or contact you for further information or details, unless required by law or subpoena.
Furthermore, by providing your email you are allowing us to send you an email newsletter. You may opt out of the newsletters at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter.
Return and Refund Policy
To request a return or refund you must call to speak with a Customer Service Rep at 800-678-7463 or email email@example.com. To be eligible for a return or refund you must return your product within 10 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is also necessary to receive a return or refund. Product must not be used or damaged. Return Authorization numbers must also be issued for all returns. Frederico Leone LTD’s responsibility ceases when goods are delivered to transport. Please note that returning your item(s) may incur a restocking fee of $5.00 per item returned.
To place your wholesale order online you will need to have an account number. If you do not have an account number with Frederico Leone LTD or have misplaced your account number, you will need to contact a customer service rep at 800-678-7463 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
When ordering online, all wholesale orders will be automatically sent to a Frederico Leone LTD employee for processing. Should we need any payment information we will contact you directly. Payment will need to be collected before shipment of product(s).
There is no minimum order requirement, however any order under twelve pairs or pieces may incur a $5.00 small order fee.
For wholesale accounts we ship via UPS to both Domestic and International locations. Overnight or expedited shipping is available, pricing will vary. Please be sure to indicate whether you need expedited shipping before your order is processed.
Domestic orders may arrive within 1-7 business days. Time of arrival will vary on location. Orders shipping to Canada typically arrive within 5 business days. All other International orders may take 5+ business days to receive.
Orders need to be placed before 3 pm EST for same day shipping.
